Refund policy

Returns
Our Return and refunds policy is not applicable for purchases made other than via Qurez.com, please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their return & refund policy.
Qurez will only refund or replace the products if they are found to be faulty or damaged and purchased from our website. The request for return/refund/replacement has to be made within 7 days of receiving the order. You can reach out to us on operations@qurez.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation

Any request for cancellation of the order has to be made within 24 hours of placing the order on Qurez.com .

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

COD orders Refusal

If a customer refuses a COD order at the time of delivery then she/he will be eligible for prepaid orders only in the next purchase.

Fraudulent orders and COD fraud

If a customer is found to repeatedly ordering COD and refusing the orders then strict legal actions will be taken and that customer will be blocked for ordering in future.
